Broken Unity is a spinoff site of Death's Call and takes place in an alternate universe where the Plague hasn't infected the human race and demonkind hasn't brought the world to ruins.Demons have always lived among us, hiding in the shadows and keeping their existence a secret from mankind, however they couldn't remain hidden forever, and so one century ago they made their existence known. At first humankind was wary of these winged creatures. They were supposedly the embodiment of sin, a physical manifestation of mankind's flaws. Only recently has humankind started to accept the demons into society.
Lucerna State High School is the first public school in Australia to accept both human and demon students. While other schools have recently opened their enrollments to demons, Lucerna still remains the schoo of choice for most demons and humans.
